We would highly recommend Christy Kilton Alley for your Down East real estate transactions. Her easygoing attitude is a pleasant disguise for a savvy businesswoman and a born and bred Down Easter. After we saw a home we wanted to purchase, Christy immediately prepared a contingent offer. It was accepted with the proviso that we list our house on the market and close on its sale and the purchase of the new house within 8 weeks. Christy immediately posted a photo of our house tagged “coming soon”. Within 24 hours, Christy nailed down a full price offer AND a full price backup offer in cash. We moved into our new home 6 weeks later!!!

Christy helped us buy our first home that wasn't already owned by family. She made what could have been an intimidating process very easy and relatively pain free. I reached out to Christy with a house in mind and she made sure everything was done right in order for us to close in less than a month. The first time home buying process was so easy all because of her.

She spent an inordinate amount of time, like an engineer, looking at structures. She didn’t care how long the search lasted….only that we found our dream home we’d been searching for 14 years for. She told us she’d be there for us when we needed her, no matter how long. Christy is a lovely, down to earth, energetic business woman with local knowledge. Couldn't have wished for a better match.

Christy did a fantastic job for us. We are out of state at this time but Christy went out of her way to set up video calls with us to view properties. Even though we are in three states she was able to show up at selected properties at convenient times to do a walk through of property. Believe me we.... ummmm she, walked through a lot of properties, weeds, water and trees to assure we knew what a property looked like. When we found a property we liked, Christy met us a the property with knowledge of the area and insights into the locations. We cannot say enough positive things about Christy and would highly recommend her for her knowledge and enthusiasm. We like to think that by working with Christy we have made our first friend in our new community.

Christy has the positive attitude that we needed as we looked at "all" the waterfront land listings. She hiked acres and acres with us looking for the perfect view and shore.
