We would highly recommend Christy Kilton Alley for your Down East real estate transactions. Her easygoing attitude is a pleasant disguise for a savvy businesswoman and a born and bred Down Easter. After we saw a home we wanted to purchase, Christy immediately prepared a contingent offer. It was accepted with the proviso that we list our house on the market and close on its sale and the purchase of the new house within 8 weeks.
